Morning Swim

Water temp here is 83 degrees so at 5:30 am tomorrow it will be warmer than the air. You get to sweat while you swim but there is nothing like a nice ocean swim.

Ricci. I have some "salve," I'm going to send you to put on prior to your Ocean swims.
It may look like blood paste but I assure you, it is to protect you from environmental factors. Rub it on all over. If your still around er, I mean If you like it, i will send you some more.
