obviously dealer and buyer need to be dealing in  kids toys ...video..nahh ..they would just open it a second time after screwing it up.... they deserve a  minus zero rating and  if you got paid it belongs to THEM......GB  can figure the truth on this one like it was engraved in stone

When someone says a pump is stuck.....its a pretty simple thing and you have to be pretty incompetent to go to the level that was done to this thing from what I'm hearing.    Somehow.....this means I have horrible customer service.    I guess if his dealer had gone out and stabbed the tires on his car it would somehow be my fault too.

Once either one of them put their skills to repair the gun the gun became their property. If it was broken when they got it, they could have returned it. Oh no... they decided to repair so it is all in the rear view mirror for you  regardless what shape when received.

I'm a pump person.  I started out with a Winchester 1890 that I put untold 1,000s of rounds through.  So what to me is automatic is anything but automatic to someone who isn't a pump person.

You say buyer and dealer are idiots.  Lot of that going on these days.  Were these two so mentally challenged they didn't know how use the slide release??   That little lever up in front of the trigger guard, Is that called the slide release??  It releases the slide so that is a logical name for it.  Anyway, could they have not known how to use that???

The 2 dummies don't know what a slide release is. With all the crazy buying going on your not the only one getting hit with morons an the crazy stuff. They must have used a claw hammer to remove the trigger assembly.

I don't think it was the slide release that was an issues.....I think the box took a good bump and the arm might have been locked in place, which can happen with pump shotguns and is a pretty easy fix.    You have to take the trigger assembly out (two pins) and unlatch the hammer....which sounds like problems, but if you bounce a thing with moving parts around hard enough.....things can get bound up wrong.     I've had it happen a few times and shaking things up sometimes frees things back up.

They most likely did not know about the slide release on a pump action shotgun and are the types that only think about reading owners manual instructions until some one suggests such to them.
AND they still get to vote.
I feel your pain. I suspect I recently encountered them two and my jaw dropped AGAIN.
I'm just constantly amazed now days at the weak upstairs ones (their elevator only making the 3rd floor) and they are getting to be the majority in this world.
