How long does it take to get a response from gunbroker? really need help and no response after 24 hours

They will be with you today I would think. They are extremely busy with non payers and overwhelmed but are doing what they can as fast as they can. That what I was told with my claims, plural. Patience is a virtue unless you are the one having to wait.
