I like to watch football played well. The antics of a very small number of players doesn't affect me at all. I like to fish. Should I stay home because I might disagree with some other anglers politics?

What kind of fishing are you good at? Let me guess-—-trolling?

As soon as their politics starts to kill their revenue, they'll quit showing what we find disagreeable and go straight to the kickoff. We might be fooled into believing were watching an AMERICAN sport!

I may watch the beginning so I can take a knee during the national anthem of the united states of black america.

I'll not stop watching something I love because some missing link took a knee.
As you watch keep in mind the Veterans, many whom died and some living with horrible wounds so you have freedom to watch contempt and disrespect towards the flag they fought for.

I'm a veteran as was just about every generation of my family for as far back as anyone can remember so I don't need to be schooled on veterans and respect. I feel that all that sacrifice made by so many should also earn me (and others) the right to sit and watch a sport that we love, not abandon it because some knot head muslime slime bag showed the world what an asshat he is.

I don't condone the actions of these treasonous scum and I also don't let the actions of radicals like them alter my life in any way that I can help.

When those people make us stop doing things we love and change our lives to “plan B” ………………. They win … and that’s not acceptable.

I watch the games guilt free and earned the right to do so.

I will reiterate; if you choose to watch the NFL you are by that very deed doing so supporting the enemies of your freedom.  The NFL is the National Felons League, it supports Marxist causes and agenda's.  The waving American flag is held up by the last breath of those that died for you to be free.  It is incumbent upon you to remember those men and women and resist the take over of American Values and our Constitution by the Marxists.  Football can be replaced by playing cards with your loved ones and teaching your kids young and old about our Nations goodness.

If Kuppernick was really protesting racial injustice AND NOT AMERICA AND THE FLAG...........then why did he demand that Nke stop selling their Betsy Ross Flag shoes? And why did he make this statement regarding the 4th of July?..............."We reject your celebration of white supremacy......"

It's not about police brutality......it is about denigrating America.

Instead of simply ignoring the games, boycott all their TV sponsors. Hurt the sponsors revenue and that will hurt the NFL.

to me it isn't the actions of just a few, yes only a few have knelt or done other disrespectful things, but it is the action of those in charge, the NFL comissioner, and owners who allow this to go on and to some point even encourage it that is the problem and it is because of this reason I refuse to watch or support any action by the players, owners, or league itself.

Whether I like something or not, if their Organizational Position and Structure chooses to disrespect the Values I hold dear - well then we are done. I will not do anything that will bring one single $$ to you or your Organization.

When enough people do the same, they Might choose to reverse course. Personally, I hope they all have to file for Bankruptcy in the very near future.

As a few others here have stated, they are the Cream of the Crop (financially speaking) and have about ZERO room to complain. Much less show outright disrespect to our Flag and National Anthem and to those who have lost their lives and given all, so they can be where they are now.

Don't like it here? Go the F' somewhere else.

I never understood why a man would get so involved with a bunch of overpaid jocks playing a game.  I just figured a real man did not watch.

Screw the NFL. And same goes for Nascar. Sports organizations choosing to become political. Hope they both go bankrupt.

How does total control of the league represent small numbers?

That is exactly why many of us served, chiefr.  To protect the country that guarantees to its citizens the right to protest.
The flag is symbol of that freedom, and protesting in front of the flag, just like burning that flag, makes a more powerful statement of protest than doing the same thing without it.
I do not like it, and it is one of a lot of reasons I do not spend my time watching professional sports, but all who served should have served to strengthen and protect freedom.  Particularly those freedoms that can be objectionable to some.  Frankly I am  unimpressed with veterans who would suggest that such things be banned.  Liberty has warts.  Honorable veterans understand that they served, fought and died for those warts too.
