Second Special I watched today, "The Swamp Ghost," one of the 1st B17's shot down in the Pacific, went down in the Swamps of New Guinea.
After watching the retrieval and reconstruction in the Pacific War Museum in Pearl Harbor, i was crying. I am a total Sucker for stories like these and those that have sacrificed all, before us, on our behalf.
I do not take what I have today lightly. I hope those of you who care to read this, do not either.
On these Forums, I do not believe that to be the case.

(And) Some Members here talk about watching the NFL. I would encourage you to get your Priorities in order. This Holiday is NOT about Football. Never has been, never will be. Honor those that came before us.

Watched a special on Ulysses S. Grant last night. I'm certain the history channel may have played fast and loose with some facts, but I enjoyed the program.

Being from the South, I always hesitate to admit that U.S. Grant was a part of my family, LOL! But you have to admit, all of those who fought for their convictions either way back in the day were more and better men than most of the current crop of young folks coming of age today. I salute all of them! I served 4 years (65-69), and am proud of it. 0 -
Watched the air show and doings in DC. Flipped back to CNN from FOX (WH Video) several times. Nothing but bash Trump and run our country down. Disgusting and S-c-r-e-w CNN.
