If you would care to share Sir, were the prices I discussed on my PE Super Insert and SS chimney insert install, with cleaning, in the ballpark of what you paid for your PE Neo2.5 with the above?
Did you already have a stash of really dried wood on hand, or was the 1st year a learning experience?
Glad to hear you thought it all, was a good move. I appreciate your input Sir.

I will have to go back and look at my records. I will do that later this morning when I get back from errands. 0 -
Thank you Sir.

Cost of the unit was $2,106. In addition we got the oversized surround $194 and front trim $200. The install was $919. I got stove in the house in front of fireplace and out of crate. Also only needed 25 ft of liner. We have a huge flue in fireplace I think it is 12 x18 so putting in liner was really easy. None of those costs include sales tax. 0 -
Thank you Sir. It sounds like you got a slightly better deal. My unit was $2995 total, (also oversized surround.) $1195 for SS chimney insert, $250 for cleaning, $650 labor, $400 tax.
$5400 total. I see the Neo 2.5 unit in my brochure. Not too off from my Super Insert.
I appreciate your response Sir. Thank You.

Double post. Sorry.

Your Neo 2.5 and my Super Insert seem very similar in specs. Your glass door is slightly larger, the weight of your unit is 75# above mine. Beyond that, very similar. Yours is more contemporary, mine is more traditional.
Thank you Sir. I appreciate you.
