One day Nunn I will tell you about Beaudreau and the cotton mouth.  I feed meal worms to robins, curved bill thrashers and whiptail lizards in the back yard.  One summer I had a western king bird that would catch them thrown in the air.

Cool vid, with excellent potential for getting hands bitten too.

Tom Van Devender attempted to feed a baby cottonmouth a cricket frog. The pits directed his strike. He wore a bandage for several weeks and has an ugly scar. Used to lecture us about being careful with poisonous snakes. Used to catch Agkistrodons and given them to he and his brother.  When we reminded tom of his finger, he laughed it off.
