I bought a fanny pack.
It has a built in holster for a pocket pistol. Now all I need is some knee high white socks and Crocs.

Every time I see a geezer with a fanny pack, automatically think gun. Where I live it, doesn't make any difference. But plenny of less gun friendly places. It could turn you into a potential target.
Either from the lefties, who go out of their way, to call the cops on any body they see carrying, (they call it swating). Or much worse, one of the local meth heads. Who regard any kind of a hand gun, as manna from haven.
Might consider a pocket holster. A geezer wearing baggy shorts, held up by suspenders. Doesn't scream gun, nearly as much, as one with a fanny pack.0 -

Last time i went to Dollywood (years ago on my Co.) I took my 24ish yr old Son visiting from out West with me. I had a waterproof fanny pack from my kayaking days with me for wallet/keys etc. (We like the water rides on a hot day.) My Son thought it was hysterical and refused to carry it. He did however want to put his wallet in it. 😣😮🙄
Oh, and I was probably wearing Crocs. (No socks.)

All comical comments aside, Jim. That's a great way to have the gun stolen. One quick squeeze on the buckle from your off side, and they've got the whole rig. And you sure as hell aren't going to catch them running away. 3 -

I always associated those fanny packs with Yuppies. Old geezers would shun them. I may just be an OLDER geezer and them yuppies are now gray beards!! 0 -
