First time in several years.....
Diesel was cheaper than 87 octane gasoline. Around here, fuel has been steadily climbing for few weeks. Drove by a Murphy Express (Wal-Mart) and saw their 87 octane was $1.84 and diesel was $1.83.
Haven't seen that in several years.

It will soon change around again. Since Big Brother decided to make diesel "better" the price has been higher than gasoline. Also, American commerce runs on diesel. Farms, trucks, barges and other industrial equipment have to have it so prices can be higher and they still must buy it. Gas for cars not so much. If prices are too high folks have the ability to drive less on non-essential trips and vacations. 0
