of NYC legal system complete FAILURE.... rashid brimmage  was walking down a street with a 92 year old woman walking towards him ..in passing he hits her in the head and knocks her into fire hydrant...now this a-hole has 103 ARRESTS since 2005 , is a sex predator and is released NO BAIL  while still 3 open court cases pending to please come back in July ... i think someone in NYC should give him a beatdown he NEVER forgets........one he cannot even crawl away from.....check out the video on fox news

       I agree h should not be walking the streets
     but JMHO  cities , states do not want him locked up along with thousands more like him or worse .
     its just a huge burden on there money to house feed take care of the bottom feeders toss in health care endless lawsuits and the PC groups screaming they need better living conditions and mental health treatments  endless PC BS
     we need to bring back the work houses , hard labor  and mental hospitals of days gone by ,  just basic food and  shelter  
     
    now what they do like is working class money makers any one they can actually fine and get money feeding into the system 
      traffic violations , or even not cutting your grass  and so on  easy pickings and cash cow

    I don't know what the solution is but allowing some azzhat to stay on the streets with 103 arrests in 15 years is definitely not working for his victims or society.  Maybe his getting a bullet in the head by his next target will solve it....

    that  actually happened way back around the first irrigation wells in SW kansas...there the deep well big double engines were near the roads and  some jerks were going around and messing with them ...the locals started patrolling with CB radios and finally caught a couple stupid and chained em up and took off and drug them about a quarter of a mile at good speed enuff to scarf em bloody...turned em loose with the warning that any more engines messed with and perps would be drug till nothing was left......end of problem
