Maybe a Solution to White Police Officers

A lot of times when you see a woman arrested a Female Police Officer is present. How about doing the same for Blacks... Only Black Police Officers handle them. Total hands off for White Police Officers. Therefore no complaints of White's doing anything wrong...No Racism protests...  Since Blacks make up more crime the White Officers can patrol Dunkin Donuts and Rich neighborhoods for litterbugs.

    I suggested that to a young black guy that I work with.He said that his experience was black officers were tougher on blacks than white officers were.

    Take the police out of those neighborhoods where they are not wanted. Enough is enough.

     Never work,that would solve the problem of race relations. Back when they bus white children to black areas and vice-versa the whites wanted equal but separate schooling but it  was stuck down by The Federal Courts. Now with fatherless children from poor black women demanding welfare food cards, low cost medical care. free childcare, subsidized housing and free transportation then it's no wonder That Marxist are so popular in the black community in where BLM works it's magic at.
             Communist started destroying the nuclear family and Christianity back in 1920"s with Reproductive rights and the murder of unborn children  with divorce so you know what our country has adopted from Marxism and coming NWO.
      The Great Society formed in 1964 solved nothing other than supporting  Marxism.

    That is one of the most stupid ideas I have ever heard........crime is crime.......the officer that shows up to clean the scene makes the arrest....black....white....yellow......brown.....rainbow...

     you want the arrest to stop  this  goes for all the nationalities and races .... follow the laws ,  when you stop    joining "bad" gangs , buy/ sell/ use drugs , robbing , stealing , beating, looting , burning , running from the LEO  and crime scenes   toss threatening and harming  any one including your own people or the law  , start  pay your own way or at least try in a legal manner stop cranking out more monthly income babies to get more  welfare  for a starter ,  guess what arrest would go way down  
     what it seems the want list  is a total free ride  way more money each month and and a entitlement to do what ever one chose's to do with out the threat of arrest or punishment , the  man holding us back 
     and I would bet even then it would not be enough

    You are thinking the way the mayors and police chiefs of Seattle and Minneapolis and Atlanta are thinking.
    The doors are wide open now for them to hire as many blacks as possible.  And they will bring some real trash to put on the uniform, the new officers will be qualified, if they are black.

    Blacks do not want a Black as a Boss. (they cannot use discrimination as an excuse to follow orders from a whitey)

    Seen David Chappell, the comedian sometime back  making fun of the blacks telling them why not just obey the Officers commands when being .
    Here is an example,  (funny one)but their is a better one somewhere about blacks not obeying the Police officer's commands or questions? Now what if a white comedian tried this act???????????

      Don't see many fighting the white privilege B.S. from BLM much.I  went through this in 1964 and The time of giving blacks
       handouts and quota privileges are over. The upper middle class blacks are everywhere now and I grow tired of being single out as racist for political gain. The Democrats are just trying to fan the flames of a few bad cops to win the White House again.

    I'd say respond to calls with four officers. Two to handle whatever it is. One with a high capacity semi auto shotgun loaded with bean bag rounds or rubber bullets to go in to action as soon as anyone starts to resist arrest, and a fourth officer pointing a camera and doing an Attenborough style documentary narration of what the officers are doing and why for the inevitable court cases that'll pop up when the local mayor decides to throw them under the bus to appease the mob.
