New flower bed
Never got around to doing any landscaping around my house. Finally went and did it. One trip to Little Rock to the plant nursery so #2 could help me pick out plants. Two trips to Menards to get soil and bricks. 28 cubic feet of garden soil since I sit on a gold mine of clay. 60 square feet of plant space. Approximately 50 one foot bricks to edge. Plants in their new home and one back that is begging for a break. I'm calling it done.

Very nice. I like the kettle and log you use for effect. My wife does that as well, it adds to the garden. I wish I knew how to post pictures, I would show you what her idea was for the old cow barn we got, different pots hanging and old water pumps and the like with pots of flowers, looks like a Norman Rockwell painting.
