Congress must now hammer out a fast track program and legalize all immigrants and give them full benefits and rights as U.S. Citizens. Open the borders and allow millions more in when The Democrats win in November too,Just watch.

The opinion was authored by Chief Justice John Roberts, a conservative. 

The program shields certain young immigrants from deportation and allows them to receive work permits. There were about 700,000 DACA recipients at the time Trump ordered the program to wind down in September 2017. 

DACA, and the young immigrants it shields known as “Dreamers,” are broadly popular among the public, and Trump has shied away from arguing against the program as a matter of policy.

  It was a procedural thing. Trump needs to write a new exec order is all. Roberts said that an executive order must be obeyed, which is actually fair. If the exec order is ruled unconstitutional however, that is a different story.  Trump just needs to get creative until congress presents a solution, is all. 
  
  Trump is trying to take shortcuts, when in actuality he has caved numerous times to the Liberal lefty agenda. And btw, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are both liberals.

  we do NOT OWE the world FREE subsidized access to our progress....i do not OWE the worlds dissatisfied a new life...they should WORK to improve their own country.....

  But our government is enlightened with an unlimited supply of U.S. dollars from The Federal Reserve.We the people can take care of the  whole world along with The United Nations with the world's international corporations dictating how we must proceed.

   They buy all the votes  with Super-Pac's and elect all our representatives and if all else fails The Supreme Court corrects any errors of their Utopian endeavors as The supreme rulers of the  law. A slam dunk setup with all the plays rigged and referees
  

   bought off in my opinion. President Trump just slipped through and upset the game plan this one time.
  

    There are not going to overturn this ruling with a new Presidential order either. Too close to the election.
