So share your recipe already!! We had bacon wrapped shrimp done in the air fryer a couple nights ago. 0 -
The bacon wrapped shrimp sounds delicious. Drain shell on deveined shrimp good and place four pounds in mixing bowl. Coat with a generous amount of olive oil. Add about 2/3 cup Old Bay seasoning and at least that much freshly minced garlic. (I think I used about 3/4 cup, plus what I had left over in some store bought product...probably well over a cup in total.). Mix well and place on two lightly greased (I used bacon grease) baking sheets, and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Added: I also sprinkled in a generous amount of garlic powder. And, as you can see, I added a lot of the garlic to the tops of the shrimp before baking.

I've had a box of frozen breaded shrimp in the freezer for nearly ages. The big ones from Sam's Club. Been too hot here to even think about firing up my deep fryer. I may have to take things to the outdoors to get er done!
I may even add some fresh smurshed garlic to the horseradish sauce! And darn it kimi! It does sound GOoooooooD!

I would LOVE to have access to fresh seafood. My favorite.
Mountain City, TN. is not known for that. There is Greens Seafood in Bristol. (But) That is about 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. away, in a direction/area I do not often head in. I have heard they get daily fresh seafood shipments, and supply all the local seafood restaurant's. I need to check them out, it is just less than convenient.
I am envious Kimi. Enjoy.
