Is Flag Day of course. It is also my Mother's birthday. She was born in 37, the year of the big flood here (Ohio River), so she's be 83 years old today. She suffered a hemorrhagic stroke last December 14th, I cam home to find her in the floor. She recovered as well as can be expected and is doing well. We relocated her to my Sister's and BIL's place in Englewood FL, as their place is better suited for what she needs. She had been with me for seven years, funny given that I have seven sisters.
My BIL likes to fish and is a member of a boat club there. So I can get in a visit to Mom and some fishing on the same trip.

My Dad always told us that they put up all those flags because it was his birthday! We believed him of course!
