The pin doesn't appear to be cracked to me. But a linear wear mark. I would be more concerned, about the the YFS allen bolt on the right. It looks like it was installed by a gorilla, who was using a 3' breaker bar. Causing the allen wrench to strip out the internals. Don't get me wrong, it might be perfectly OK. But it looks like shoddy workmanship.

    buschmaster,
I saw the crack after staring at the picture for a minute. I copied the photograph and then enlarged it with my software just to be sure. Yep, it sure looks like a crack to me! :/
I hate to suggest this but it is a perfect opportunity to test some parts combinations with this particular platform. The least I would do is replace the cam pin, but I would also suggest trying a different combination of buffer, buffer spring.
I checked some of the cam pins I have and see wear marks on all of them but no cracks. Do you have a spare BCG in your parts drawer that you could switch out with this original one? The amount of movement and moving parts in a BCG can suggest a potential misalignment from machining. Stacking errors.
There are lots of things to try but all will cost money, time and wear and tear on your rifle. It might be simpler to change the cam pin then the buffer spring.

    Best.

I would of course put a new one in and I use Wilson Combat "grease" it sticks to parts and lubes exceedingly well , well worth using on this part.

I had a FFL friend that bought 2 Del-ton AR-15 platform rifles a couple of years back.  One for him and the other for his dad.  We were shooting them at my home range. The first blew out the barrel, splitting it about 4" in front of the chamber.  The second one blew up too, the same day.  It had a bolt issue that caused severe damage to the barrel.  We were all shooting the same ammo from the same case.  I was shooting PSA AR-15's and none of them has ever failed.  We fired the remainder of the case of ammo in PSA home built rifles, nary a hiccup from any of them.  YMMV.

"It had a bolt issue that caused severe damage to the barrel. "
You'll have to explain that comment in depth for me to understand/believe the comment. A "bolt issue" does not commonly damage the barrel. Splitting the barrel is a rare and catastrophic event but generally unrelated to a problem with the bolt.
DelTon is actually one of the better p[rice point AR type rifles providing exceptional value and performance.
The pics in the OP show uneven and exaggerated wear. I would be looking for the reason rather than just replacing a $5 cam pin. Something is dragging, misaligned, or damaged from the start. What does the inside of the upper look like? The right side of the cam pin head has been beating on something that it shouldn't be. I have AR's that have been used for years w/o looking a beat as these pics show.

I think you went to a lot of trouble trying explain the "solution" for a non-existent "problem".
W/o getting into the idiosyncrasies of full auto operation, the use of a carbine buffer on a rifle gas system is not usually any issue. The rifle gas is generally a "softer" operating system than the shorter carbine gas. Making it sound like the rifle gas is "over driving" the carbine buffer setup in semi-auto fire is a big stretch. "Bolt bounce" is often caused by residual pressure in the gas tube compounded by a faster than normal bolt cycling. Since the bolt can only travel a set distance, the use of a stronger/longer spring will more than likely exacerbate  rather than alleviate the problem.
    Just my opinion.
