To schedule my annual physical......via PHONE!!! Do I need my own glove???...

Kind of fortuitous that this post came up. I had my annual VA checkup just this morning. It had been scheduled a week ago, with a trip to the clinic for a blood and urine test. I had the entire clinic to myself as the only patient amongst a few working folks.
My phone appointment was set for 8 AM and I got a call from my doctors nurse helper around 7:20 with her questions regarding meds and routine stuff. The doctor called around ten to 8 and went over all of my blood work. Asked how I was doing and if I had anything new going on and if there was anything else I needed.
We closed spending about 5 minutes talking about our strange times and he sincerely hoped our next set up would be face to face. Perhaps not the most thorough physical I have ever received but am thankful for the care given for something I did so many years ago!3 -
440 round trip!!! Ouch...Mine is 225 miles round trip...but my VA is 4 star rated and pretty awesome...Not my first trip and was kidding about the glove... 0 -
no glove needed, just insert phone and yell real loud do you see anything???????????? 3
