My brother in a scotch fan and that is one of his favorites. When we would return to Michigan from one of our Canadian fishing trips he would make a bee line to the duty free shop at the border to get a bottle or two to tide him over until the next year. Sometimes I think that is the reason we took so many fishing trips up there.  :D Bob

My father got me started drinking Scotch, first try or two of single malt was like starting all over.  Now the taste of single malt is the one I enjoy most on my palate!  Looks like you scored big time!

Single Malt Scotch, nectar of the Gods!
Good score on the 18 y.o., wonderful sipping stock to have on hand for special occasions.
I'm more of a Macallan fan. I've worked my way up to their 30 y.o. but only once and it nearly broke the bank! I like their 12 y.o. better than their 18 but I like Balvenie Doublewood better than most for general sipping. Anyway you cut it, you'll get a lot of pleasure from your choice.

Had never seen a can of Glenfiddich before.  Do you open that with a church key, or does it have a poptop?
    :D
