to all this rioting, looting, and arson.......simply declare that a b l a c k is incapable of committing a CRIME...they can do anything, anywhere, anytime and it is OK......want new stuff just walk into a store and take it, need gas for the car..simply pump it in and leave...don't feel good, just walk into a doctors office and get a prescription which any pharmacy will gladly fill for free.....need money just walk into a bank and  the cashier will give you a handful ..... and so on ad nauseum, ad infinitum........simple,  and all us evil whites will foot the bill

    Let me get this straight. Since all of your scenarios are pretty much the way it is now, you just want to make it official? Kind of cut out the middleman by not arresting them before letting them go with a slap on the wrist. Look at all the police, lawyers, judges and social workers you would add to the unemployment rolls. Bob

    Back in the day...John Gotti's neighborhood in Queens, never had any trouble with black crime, or any other petty crime for that matter :)

    Back in my day, we had a few black officers in the SO. They were far tougher on black suspects/crooks/POS than any of the white deputies were. They totally resented the negative image of black people that they felt transferred over to themselves.

    I was a paramedic for many years.  I remember a drunk black guy getting a dui, he fought the cops a little and got knocked around with a night stick like he deserved, and he turned to the black deputy and said "Come on, help me brother."
    And the black deputy said "You ain't my brother!"
