Yep, they (mosquito's) are so big around my neck of the woods that I thought I seen 2 wild turkeys breeding.
Finally noticed it was a mosquito breeding a turkey hen.

Them mosquitos are big in this neck of the woods.

around here we catch them, paint them blaze orange and use them for crazie trap targets, have to use high base 4's for the big ones  ;-)

Get some Bifen It insecticide and follow directions.   One oz. per gallon of water and spray on folliage.  It really works  for months.  Ive been using it for a couple of years and swear by it.  I tried everything else including the traps.  Research it on google.  Its the real deal.

Agree on the Bifen IT. Really good stuff. Had a commercial applicators license when I 1st moved down here. (That was when I was 1st exposed to it.) I keep some onhand, and use it occasionally. It is very effective.

My house sits about  500 yards away from a huge swamp . Skeeters are just the price I pay for living in the  country . Thermocell makes life bearable

I just take my wife along. She attracts them like a magnet & they leave me alone.

Bifen IT is what I use, too. The dirt daubers were taking over our front porch last summer until I sprayed the Bifen. I use it around all the doors and windows, especially in the garage. The day after spraying, there are dead bugs and spiders littering the porch and garage floor, and it has been a long time since we found a scorpion inside the house.

Bifen IT is good for insects, indoors and outdoors.
Do not mix any stronger than 1oz per gallon.
Read the precautions on the label two or three times BEFORE using.
DO NOT spray around where cats can lick or it will kill them. It's ok for pets after it dries. The Bifen is odorless and does not leave a film that you can see, but it stays on concrete floors, etc, and will kill a bug including roaches, stinging scorpins, RECLUSE SPIDERS, mosquitos, termites  for months with just one spraying.
I stay away from indoor places that I've sprayed for approx 24 hours. (so as to not be exposed myself to a wet surface of the spray or breathe any mist, etc.
Lots of info on-line about Bifen IT such as:
Aug 21, 2013 · Bifen IT insecticide is comparable to the very popular Talstar. Bifen IT contains 7.9% bifenthrin which is an insecticide and termiticide that provides excellent control of over 75 insect pests, leaves a long-lasting residual for up to 3 months, is odorlessnon-staining, dries clear and is safe around children and pets when used as directed.
