    Catmandon1, a relatively new member came out of the gate unable to play nicely with the rest of the kids. He was reported as abusive, including one report filed by a moderator. I looked over the claims of abuse, could find no reason to question them for accuracy, and issued a two week suspension. That would have been the end of it, but he wanted to argue, stating that he was in fact the one being abused. I was unimpressed by his arguments. I told him to sit out the 2 weeks and then rejoin the forum. He then claimed abuse of his First Amendment Rights, to which I pointed out that freedom of speech does not exist in this privately owned forum. Let's just say that it went downhill (more like free fall) from there.

    I was reading through all the new stuff as I just got home from work and saw it in the thread.......Definitely charge the cop with murder..... Wow.....he was condescending.

    I'm Picking up on that. Mark's original comment indicated a two week time out. I was unaware of the PM's going back and forth after that.

    Why do previously banned Member's come back and then bend over backwards to draw attention to themselves again? Not incredibly bright.

    A member who, to the best of my knowledge, I never had an issue with. It is doubly disappointing that he chose to take that path/attitude with me.Ā
