Spiralizer and zucchini noodles!!!
About a year ago I bought a spiralizer. Momma has tried a few different things but she has pretty much settled on zucchini spagetti (sp) noodles.
If you are a borderline vegiholic like I am the zucchini noodles are fantastic. Sautee them until just a little crunchy then top just like pasta. We often use the zucchini noodles for a quick, tasteful, low calorie meal. So good. If this sounds good to you, you need to get a spiralizer!!

I like the sliced zucchini on the grill then served as noodles if you want. They make a great condiment for nearly any type or style of cooking.

Where I used to live, I had to make sure to lock my truck at night. Not because of crime, but the neighbors would put sacks of zucchini inside. 3
