  Parasites is an apt description.

  That'll work.

  
  

  "Parasitism by Theft." That would be a perfect description of the situation. Bunch of lawless, immoral thiefs. Parasites on Society. Photo's need to be reviewed and all identified, cut off from ALL Social Assistance.
