Why don't you go to the state or county website and download a copy of the form. Here it is below. Facebook or Google has nothing to do with it.

    Spot on Smitty
If Google and FB becomes the key to CC renewal, there wont be any.

Thanks for the suggestion Mr. Smitty, but I did go to my county's website. The link that you provided is to the "old" form.  My question is whether I can still fill it out the old-fashioned way in ink and use it or whether I am "required" to use the new pdf form.   It was my county sheriff's website that said I "had" to use the "new" form and provided the link which took me to the pfd form controlled by facebook and google.  So I went to a couple of websites for the sheriff's of the surrounding counties and there was nothing about a "new" form.  Years ago we were allowed to go through the sheriff's office of any contigious county, but I can't find anything saying we can still do that.  I also tried calling my county sheriff's office to ask if it really required the "new" form and no one answered the phone.  Next I tried the state's Attorney General website.  It has the form you found, but the date on that form is 3/17, meaning it's already more than 3 years old.  So I then tried to call the Attorney General's office, and only got a recording, telling me they were open until 4pm when it was only about 11am!!!  I also tried to contact a couple of firearms groups in the state and got nothing but recordings there too.  So, I'll try again Monday.... and Tuesday.... and ....  Thanks again for your thoughts.

Fill it out and take it with you. If your county is giving you grief, try another bordering county. My Sheriff started making it tough so I now drive a half hour to the next county so I can get proper service.

You could just riot and burn the place down.  :o

Interesting that you will try to follow the law to protect yourself, a God given right enumerated in the US Constitution, to protect yourself from those who don't care about the rule of law.
