painting sights

I have a Ruger ec9s.  I would like to paint a white dot on the sights.  Any suggestions?

  I have used testers model paints in the past glow orange and white

  I have used Whiteout.

  Clean with denatured alcohol, dot of whiteout, spray clear lacquer to seal.
