We all know that the protest is about winning the election in November and the LEO's have been charged yet The Liberal Democrats wish to fan the flames of discontent until they can win back the president office and majority in the House and Senate. You can assemble and have your grievances heard but not riot, loot and commit arson.
You cannot have persistence agitation and blockage of Transportation and commerce because you feel like it either.
