smart tv's
anybody know anything about their ability to spy into the house with audio and video.......

Most people don't want one that spies on you but I guess if that's your thing you can look around and you might find one 0 -
I think about all the smart TV's just like alexa and all the rest talk too respond electronics do any more .
they ( company's ) say no but I have my doubts
it has to listen waiting on its name . I would bet it listens/ records better than most of us LOL0 -

They don't have a camera or a microphone, so you can take off that little piece of black electricians tape you stuck over the channel sensor. However, they do keep track of the channels you watch, & how long you have your TV tuned to them; data is sent to the TV manufacturer via your wi-fi (but only if you have set up your TV to use wi-fi.)If you have cable, satellite, or stream content, they already get all the data that they need.Neal

I have a some what smart tv but what you have hooked up to it can be a potential problem not the tv itself. 0
