There have been people I have met like that. My reaction is Wow! That was a close thing! I almost wound up doing business with a total BLEEP! If he fails to comply with the terms of the auction, file NPB block the idiot and move on. You REALLY do not want to be going back and forth with a "buyer" like that. What I have learned in the last 10 years of business life is too short to deal with people like this. I have been in business for 35 years and the first 25 I would try to work things out with people. A lot of times it worked but other times it didn’t. But between seeing the change in people these last 10 years and me finally realizing I was spending time with these jerks to the detriment of my family I now just move along to the person who respects my services and tell the jerks to take a hike.0 -

I had a seller send me ammunition thru the USPS. I simply refused it and it was returned. His problem now with USPS Inspection Service. I would not want to be in his shoes. 0 -
They are an NR bidder....they have used the checkout and paid for the item. I have emailed this person and told them they have to contact and FFL and assure that we get a copy of their license, but I'm not going any further. It can sit here forever for all I care. If the guy tries to cancel his credit card payment I'll jump through hoops to make sure that goes my way in the end. I'm not addressing this nut any further though. 3 -

If purchasing a firearm without a FFL is a crime then attempting to purchase a firearm without a FFL should also be a crime. Who would attempt to purchase a firearm without a FFL;
1. Liberal for political reasons
2. Crook
3. Undercover law enforcement
4. Conservative that does not agree with the law

My guess, is that they are going to try to cause you as much grief as they can, through the credit card company. If somehow they can fabricate enough lies and dissension. To crimp your business with and through the various CC's. It would serve their purposes.0 -
