Floyd's family initiated autopsy was performed by a 85 yo "hired gun" retired doctor. Wonder if he had his glasses on and brain engaged. :s
It doesn't matter.   The first autopsy report clearly states his death was the result of the restraint and neck compression.  It's a given there was preexisting conditions, like heart issues etc.  as he wasn't a healthy 18 year old.

Those conclusions were in contrast with an independent autopsy conducted by pathologists for Floyd's family.

That autopsy concluded that Floyd had no underlying medical problems that contributed to his death. The pathologists also said he died after blood and air flow were cut off to his brain, causing him to die by mechanical asphyxia.

I am not a doctor, but would think that cardiac arrest would result in blood being cut off to his brain.

Now, (and again, I am not a doctor) if the independent autopsy actually stated that 'air flow' was cut off to his brain, I would discount the entire document.  Probably more likely that whoever wrote the story has fairly basic lack of understanding as to how oxygen is transported from the lungs to the brain.

The medical examiner listed other "significant" conditions underlying his death, including hypertensive heart disease, fentanyl intoxication and recent methamphetamine use.

He was a drugged up, effing thief!!!!  A typical representative of this segment of American society that has been trained to live off of the hands out given out by the Demoncraps and paid for with our tax dollars for the last 55+ years!!!!!

Dr Baden himself admitted that he based his determination on the video, not a physical autopsy of Floyd.  For practical purposes you can only perform one dissection, once those samples are harvested and dissected you can't go back and effectively do it again.  Once samples are harvested typically the remaining dissected organs parts are all thrown in a bag and stuffed back into the empty cavity.  So a second autopsy should be based on analysis of the original notes from the ME.  The problem here is Dr Baden admitted during their conference that he did not have access to the ME's notes or autopsy report at the time he made his determination.   So I take his determination with a grain of salt, after all he's being paid to produce a specific result.

Shilowar is absolutely correct.  I was involved in a case where the decedent had 5 autopsies (1 by the ME, 4 reviews by pathologists).  I would think that you could find a pathologist who would conclude that Floyd's COD was fentanyl & meth overdose, with hypoxia a secondary contribution.
What I will never understand is why none of the other officers thought to say, "Let's sit him up on the curb."  Even the bystanders knew that what they were seeing was wrong.

Floyd was holding himself under the car. You can hear a bystander woman say this. While he is pinned, he is still struggling, and the police did a great job restraining him. The knee on the neck was not hard pressed. In the video, he is talking easily, then he turns his face into the pavement and back, and you can see the officer allow this to happen. If the officer had press down, there is know way you would turn your head PERIOD.

The agitator is who needs to be in jail for inciting a riot. The whole time he is harassing the police and delivering false information about what is happening. You hear him say that they are choking the guy, but he is not being choked. Now at first glance, when watched without a careful eye, you are prejudiced to think he is being choked by the commentary, but when you watch and examine the footage, it is clear he is not being choked or abused.

As far as bystanders, it was the one loudmouth instigating the false narrative. The police officer showed so much more restraint than I can imagine in such a situation. NONE of the cops could make any moves with a potential of a violent mob brewing. The loudmouth is the direct contributor to the situation that led to the heart attack of the criminal Floyd.
