Looks like it could be a base plate for a semi-auto pistol magazine, but if so, which one I have no idea.  Something WWII military-ish???  ;-)

It appears to be a floor plate for a magazine? Most nowadays, are made of simple sheet metal. The one in your photo is machined. So must be from a older pistol.

I believe it's for a Hungarian Tokagypt, rather than a aftermarket Toke floor plate. The Tokagypt were originally made for Egypt, in 9 mm. For some reason, most were sold commercially. With the Egyptian crest and markings scrubbed. Rather than being sold to Egypt. Quite uncommon nowadays.

Rufe nailed it, wouldn't have a serial number on an aftermarket, and they are a copy of the Tokagypt.

Owned a original Tokagypt many years ago, when I was collecting military handguns. But a all to common, senior brain fart. Caused me space out. Until Trapp jogged my memory. With his Tokarev post.
