Definitely charge the cop with murder, but, just one thing....
It may get worse now that the riots are spilling into downtown areas and are no longer confined to certain neighborhoods.
The next thing they could boycott are the foreign makes assembled in the US, like the Hyundai models built in Shreveport.
Antifa agitators might be causing much of it. If so, they're going to take a lot away from the poor. Probably according to plan.

You may as well start charging our military men with murder then. The perp died of heart condition complicated by intoxicants. Thank God they stopped him before he was able to drive off and kill some innocent bystanders. 0 -
No, no, no, they had the right to arrest him, not kill him.MrMag00 said:You may as well start charging our military men with murder then. The perp died of heart condition complicated by intoxicants. Thank God they stopped him before he was able to drive off and kill some innocent bystanders.6 -
They didn't kill him. Read the autopsy report. 0 -
If he followed procedures he should have never been charged. An investigation should have preceded the charges.Filing charges in these cases just to appease the BLM folks is not right.

support your blue brothers again. you.......my friend.......need to go stir shit somewhere else. you are so blue.......that you are purple .......like a hemorrhoid.MrMag00 said:They didn't kill him. Read the autopsy report.0 -
The police actions caused the death of the man. What degree of causation came from the police will be determined by the jury when all the facts come out. I can see subduing him for a minute or two. Eight minutes 30 seconds of belly down three cops on top of him is unjustified in gaining control of a handcuffed suspect. Once control is established with a suspect handcuffed behind his back force should be removed and the suspect placed into a vehicle. In this case the man was claustrophobic so a paddy wagon should have been called. He was still just a citizen suspect and did not need to be killed to control him. 6 -

1000% correct3 -
They didn't strangle him but the hold is dangerous and the news says the cops are warned about it.MrMag00 said:They didn't kill him. Read the autopsy report.
They weren't policing wrestling coaches. They were policing a knucklehead who had been ruining his heart health for years with unhealthy eating, not enough exercise, and possibly drugs.0 -
anyone eating at McDonalds could be blamed for their own death then if stopped by a policing action....read the labeling content of their foods........ 3 -
I'm trying to consider that since the death of blacks continues in this country, PERHAPS people feel a need to escalate the issue to gain political/legislative action. That said I'm absolutely positive stealing high end clothing, televisions, and such is not furthering the BLM movement. 0 -
Wait a minute. Yes, the force was excessive for too long. However, claustrophobic in a car? Doesn't he ever go in a car? We would have "cuffed him & stuffed him" and gotten him away from the scene & to HQ asap. If he was kicking, Sgts had ankle cuffs. If he was in distress, he would have been put in an ambulance. Never heard of the "kneeling tactic." 0 -
Maybe he was taking a knee for support of Black Lives Matter 0 -
that's rich......Chauvin was taking a knee for black lives matter. 0 -
"A knee on the back of the neck does not cause strangulation end of discussion if your too stupid to understand that you really should have your balls cut off so you cannot contaminate the rest of the known world." Interesting post Catmandon1. I wonder where you received your medical degree. Perhaps you would like to be in a demonstration to prove that theory. 3 -
Prior to the CW, most blacks got plenty of exercise and their diet wast strictly controlled. 3 -
The hypocrisy is epic.
The Cop was wrong, he's being charged.
They do not want justice.
They want him lynched. Ironic huh?
The holiday w/e before 100's of blacks killed by their own.
Not a word on that.
Hell more blacks are killed by illegal aliens than PD BUT that fact doesn't fit the rat agenda of the corrupted media.3 -
Wow.

It must at least be possible or two different medical examiners wouldn't claim it. If they wanted to lie, they wouldn't just make something impossible up. The windpipe and blood vessels were being pressed into the ground. They also say the cops are warned about that move being dangerous.Catmandon1 said:A knee on the back of the neck does not cause strangulation end of discussion if your too stupid to understand that you really should have your balls cut off so you cannot contaminate the rest of the known world.

No way that I could have survived that knee on my neck with the vertebrae problem that I have there, and the breathing problems that I have had in recent months. 0 -
I would imagine if you held that weight on your neck and shoulders for 8 1/2 minutes it might have some negative consequences. Not a very intelligent comparison in my humble opinion. Your vast knowledge on the subject is sorely lacking. BobCatmandon1 said:Ever deadlift Jeff obviously not where does the bar go when you deadlift on your shoulders and your neck if that caused suffocation you couldnt lift that way. So clearly your not very bright at all. So once again common sense will ask you since when does weight on the spine crush someones larynx? Was floyd face up or down if he was face up id believe it he was not was face down with his hands cuffed behind him. Medical examiner also stated did not die from asphyxiation so that doesnt support your stupidity either.

Which has what to do with this? The man died due to respiratory failure preceded by impaired ventilation caused by prolonged physical restrained. How many people have you seen in acute respiratory failure? In the end everyone dies of heart failure, the heart quits pumping. Since they die of heart failure maybe what causes it doesn't matter. Since they die of heart failure how can anyone every be charged with murder, after all they died because their heart stopped.Catmandon1 said:A knee on the back of the neck does not cause strangulation end of discussion if your too stupid to understand that you really should have your balls cut off so you cannot contaminate the rest of the known world.
The police killed this man by holding him down and impairing his ability to breath. Unprofessional actions and abusive use of force by the police resulted in this man's death.6 -
A certain someone here, needs a knee on his neck and another 2 people on top of him, for 8 1/2 minutes while his hands are cuffed behind his back, in order to realize he does not know what he is talking about.
I'd wager, after a minute or two of that, he would also be stating "I Can't Breath."

Two week ban issued to Catmandon1. 3 -
After four PM's, he is now banned for life. In addition, his account has been deleted- which is something that I seldom do.
