    While carrying an open container of alcohol in a vehicle is probably not legal in most places, it's probably OK to have an open beer bottle that has water in it.  At least, that would be my story if they didn't keep the contents & test the liquid.

    Your Honor the tempered glass of a Bud Longneck is far superior to regular glass and that rag hanging out the end well that was in case the vehicle broke down and they needed  to wave another car down. Now those x tra bottles in the van that were identical.. Well they must have been put there as a setup from friend a former convicted client my client put away. That bottle she had blew out of her hand and landed inside that squad car and was lit accidentally while my client was lighting a cigarette to calm down from all of this riot behavior going on around her.

    Those morons probably did not even have a match/lighter between the two of them. Probably relying on spontaneous combustion to kick things off.

    I wonder if this little Indian will disappear like that drunk neurosurgeon (I wanna say from Florida) that went full drunk moron on uber few years back. I wonder what she's up to? She was one of those first internet shamings that had serious repercussions. They really need to do where are they now. I like to think she's at some low rent Doctor's On Duty getting asked ain't you that drunk neurosurgeon on youtube?
