Marlin 39A DOM

hello, i have a marlin 39a and in need of the DOM to get the proper mag tube. ser# is K 13454.  also any one know if their is a difference in the finger lever screw between pre and post 1975 models, thanks

  My reference shows K is 1953. Don't know about the lever screw. Bob
