I read a report that was supposed to be from Italy. Can't verify it but read along the same lines. Make a guess what the are "supposed" to be treating it with. Note, could be fake news but if not someone is in a butt load of trouble.

Early on there was a report from a doctor that COVID-19 patients who were treated with blood thinners (anti-coagulants), Warfarin, Coumadin, etc. responded well. That report was quickly squashed, either by the "experts" or more likely by the media who abhor good news. Recently, there are reports out of Italy that it appears as an infection, not a virus. One effective treatment Italy reports is simply aspirin. Aspirin can act as a blood thinner. That is why people taking prescription thinners are cautioned to avoid aspirin over doing it.
