Governor Ralph Mengele mandates masks in Virginia
Good luck enforcing that here in SW Virginia, Gov. Blackface. He says it’s not a law enforcement issue, but the Virginia Dept of Health is to enforce it. Our local Health Department can’t even answer questions about Lyme disease or tell you how to install a septic system.
