How in the HELL
does one herd armadillos into a live trap so i can take them to a yard of someone i do not like. ???..seems the little demons must come out between 1am and dawn to divot my yard like a tiny carpet bombing......besides all the 22lr i have a small Rossi 410 with LED light and laser to patrol with after all the Star Trek reruns but i can not seem to patrol on their schedule and by that AM i prefer to be snoring...... i have seen skunks make similar digs but one can generally get a whiff of their presence....have raccoons around to but not sure if they also dig

They are tough buggers!
A few years back I shot one with a 9mm from about 10ft away. He jumped straight up, then took off running. I couldn’t believe he wasn’t DRT.

Raccoons will dig down through the grass looking for grubs. If you have very many of them the raccoons will tear up your yard looking. If they are raccoons, cat food with fish in it, will attract them into a trap.
I no nothing about armadillos.

murphy is snoring on the living room carpet louder than me at that time of night.....no help there 0 -
Yep, Armadillos can really dig up a yard! When we started using Perm-O-Green to fertilize our yard we also had them do an annual treatment to kill Larva in the yard, primarily to get rid of the food source for Moles and Gophers. It worked, but also had the side benefit of no food source for Armadillos. We rarely see an Armadillo on the yard at night and when we do, two things happen; it isn't digging because it isn't smelling the Larva and suddenly it is DRT!

For trash pandas use grapes, marsh mellows dusted with grape Koolaide works good to. Fish or meat, you will be sure to get skunked. Skunks will put a hurtin on a grub infested yard. 0 -
