Who likes folk music?
There's some decent pickin' on this one.
I grew up listening to the folk music my parents owned and I only just recently discovered it was on youtube. I used to play this album on repeat (well, side 1 anyway). Songs 2-6 are kinda addictive, IMO.
Rumor has it that Jean Ritchie is the female voice in this group.

Thanks for sharing Mr. Perfect. I bought a '55 Martin D-18 back in '62. I learned to 3 finger pick but only got fairly good. I still have the Martin but my fingers are too sore to play now. Brings back memories though. 3 -
as a young kid my moms mom ( grandma ) would sing old ballets to us thet were passed down to her from her family
sad I do not remember much of any of them all were sad and suppose to have been true . ( I think it was a old from of keeping history alive )

yes I like old folk songs something about them just seems to transcend time and my soul
