Lone gunman shoots three in Westgate, Phoenix, AZ.

At 7:30pm tonight. He is in custody but unidentified as of 10:15pm local.
One victim is in serious condition while the other two are being treated for lesser injuries. The police have locked down the area and are doing a security check of every store in the Westgate district.

    More ammo for the gun grabbers.  I think a bunch of people on both sides of this issue are going to die the first time a demoncrap gets back in the oval office.

    The police cordoned off a house in another area and confiscated several boxes of 'stuff'. They stated that there were 8 people living in the house. Shooter's name is Armando Hernandez Jr. He has stated to police that he wanted respect...


    Three people were wounded in the shooting. A 19-year-old man was shot in the chest and is in critical condition, Stewart said. A 16-year-old girl suffered less serious injuries, and a 30-year-old woman did not need to go the the hospital.

    Hernandez is facing more than a dozen felony charges right now, and more could be coming.

    • Three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon
    • Three counts of aggravated assault-serious physical injury
    • One count of criminal damage-deface
    • One count of recklessly damaging property of utility
    • Five counts of discharge firearm in city limit
    • One count of disorderly conduct with a weapon

    How is it not attempted murder? A chest shot and a confession that it was premeditated. That trial should not take more than a week.

    Sad part is having to but up with the politicization of the tragedy and the main steam media and their DEMOCRAT sponsors blaming Trump every time we have a mass shooting

    I'm sure it will be included in the longer list. This is just the innocuous list waiting for the lawyer approved serious list.
    Phoenix police are juggling a bunch of touchy situations right now so the last thing they need is to set off a riot consisting of multiple thousands of illegal aliens protesting the mishandling of a Mexican terrorist. Note that his name was not released until the day following the event...
    There is a bunch of tiptoeing around this event so that the case is not tainted or causes a riot. I don't defend either the police or the terrorist but sometimes there are unseen motivations.

    That's CRAZY.  Do they or do they NOT have control? If they don't have "control", Governor needs to call out the National Guard to "stabilize the situation".  There's only one way to handle "illegals", hammer them like a nail.
