Hammer Brand Knives
This Hammer Brand knife was made sometime between 1878 and 1932 according to the company trademark. Rubber handle with a thin 3 3/4" blade this thing will get scary sharp. I have two along with some old Hammer folding knifes. I keep this one here to slice the heavy brown paper I use to wrap guns. I find good thin blades very useful.

When I was young and foolish I happened upon a Hammer switchblade. It was balanced very well for throwing and I tossed it into the side of the shed so much it got loose. Still sold it for three times what I paid for it. [It just this moment occurred to me as I started typing this up to think that it may have been stolen property.] 0 -
