Nice guy. My Sister, my Family and I appreciate his help in this matter. It's nice to have someone you trust.
Ugly outside today. Pouring rain. Met up outside the locked Golf Course gates. Had to go outside to look at an outside wall as well. Did I mention it was pouring rain.
He met Buddy, who was being needful, whiny, out of his element.

Never know what the person on the other side of the net looks like.Young lady, my best friends daughter, and she is like my daughter to, asked me to go on a long drive with her and her son to look at a truck,(her dad had passed a couple years before) the son was of the beginning driver's license age. She had emailed back and forth with the seller for a few times discussing the deal.When we got there she and her son took the truck for a spin while I the shot the bull with the owner. The owner was a young man and I asked him " I bet you didn't see that coming"? My "daughter" is drop dead gorgeous and as about as southern as they come.
