Our local mayor, city chief and county sheriff says no to JB

Prickster on enforcing ANY of the lockdown procedures. Town of 14k and they have all had runs in the local newspaper as to what the pig has done. Mayor had a full page article on the fallacies of covid (ex state police) and what JB has done is illegal. Lawsuits piling up. Red we are here n southern Il. and may the machine roll come November. 
JB had to admit he was boating on Lake Michigan and his wife was in Florida sunning but HIS orders are to stay home. Typical elitist liberal, do as I say not as I do.

    Good on the locals, if I recall correctly our forefathers wanted the majority of decisions effecting local people made locally while Feds handles interstate commerce and war stuff.  Shame is watching some of those blue states like Cumo screaming on one day Feds were not telling him what to do and that NY city would not lock down, then after locking down screaming the feds were not doing enough lol tsk tsk

    Heck the salons are not open but KB and the city of sludge mayor gets their hair cut anytime. My girl cutter is in debt with her mortgage since this farce started. We have fundraisers for small business people here to assist them and it does help to some degree. Very sad-

    Our States Atty sent out a letter stating no chargers will come from her office.

    I know our sheriff has said same.

    I’ve driven through Jefferson county on way to Ft Massac and also quite a bit when my son went to SIU

    FT. Massac nice little stop. Beautiful views. They have lots of activities there in the summer unless the slob keeps them shut down. Son lives close to you in Springfield and went to UIS there.

    My son also lives in Springfield and is finishing up his Masters at UIS.

    He has one class next semester then he is done.

    Mine works for the EPA.

    I got him out of my house and, with my tax dollars, still paying his bills 😃

    Yea, I got lucky. Mine got a partial golf scholarship and it helped. UIS sure puts on the "diversity" show to try to keep up with the other schools. He is now at a bank writing loans and says business is booming at this point but screens them pretty closely because of the current conditions.

    Internship paid for first year at UIS, then he got hired

    He’s had to pick up the rest of his Masters

    DEMOCRATs thrive on the ability to control and oppress people in return for the government freebies. In essence, their voter base become slaves and they dont even know it.
    Used to live in the Southern part of IL for a short time, I like it there, but unfortunately the big city by the lake controls the whole state.
    My BS was in engineering from SIU Carbondale.
