Red or green????
Sauce? Sure like the fire that a red tomato based hot sauce brings, but sometimes, a green tomatillo sauce just makes the whole enchilada... so to speak. What say you??

i agree, i find them both equally pleasing for their individual usees. 0 -
Red\Green, stop and go! Neither are fun without the other! There is a Mexican place in my town called La Seniorita that puts a very tasty tomatillo green sauce and corn chips on the table before you even order from the menu. Several times I have been there I swear I could have satisfied my hunger just from those alone! 0 -
Yep...need some pep for most foods...the color depends on the dish.
Trader Joe's Green Dragon makes everything better - except chocolate ice cream.
Prefer a med hot sriracha for rice dishes.0 -
At our local Mex place they put out chips with a "homemade" red not to hot sauce. Stuff is just killer good.:o 0 -

When your butthole is on fire, (Johnny Cash "Ring of Fire,") it is God's way of telling you, you are alive.
Yes, I had a sub slathered with Jalepeno's yesterday. I paid for it last night and today. 😣😥😮

Like the young Mexican boy who crossed the border and joined the Army. After two weeks of boot camp, he had to go to sick bay. “What’s wrong with you?” asked the doctor.
”It’s my stomach” said the boy. “The fire went out!”0 -
Red or Green? is the official state question of New Mexcio. But that refers to chile. I prefer green, but red on posole. Some ask for Christmas and rarely I have both as well. 0 -
I enjoy both but lean toward red. 0
