Identify These Revolver Parts

I need to know the manufacturer and model. Any info will be appreciated! 
The only info I have is on the tag that came with these parts. It says: 
"PPC" over
"Rev" over
"Spurless Hammer"

  PPC Police Pistol Combat  from the police matches. Someone probably converted a S&W revolver to double action only and had the hammer shaved.
