If I didn't have plans later tonight I would've did "Cool Hand Luke"
Yesterday as I was buying eats I saw a mountain of eggs marked down to 5 cents a dozen. I thought the tags were misprints so I found me a employee and asked. They were a nickel a dozen since the carton stated they expire that day. I bought 4 dozen for .20 cents. I boiled 2 dozen and since my Claussen's pickle jar only had one pickle left I could soak some hard boiled in there. Good timing. I had to remove some of the pickle juice to make room for the eggs. The rest of the hard boiled I'll take to work so I can add them to udon noodles for work. I suppose I could use them for Deviled Eggs with Anchovies as the salt. Since those are cold now. But I think I better not since I may eat them all and I'll be away from a Thunder Throne later tonight.
So, I'm gonna have some sunny side up, ham and rice as soon as I get done with this. Trying to decide 3 or 4 eggs.

I CAN EAT 50 EGGS. congrats on the eggs, its always good when food doesnt go to waste. i remember my dad buying eggs in the 50's before expiration dates. local grocer kept them in the back room of a cinderblock building where they stayed cool but not refrigerated. dad would bring his own paper bag, and buy them in whatever quantity he wanted at the time. 0
