Term Limits for Congress

There must be a way that "We the People" create a constitutional amendment to impose term limits on Congress. There is no way that they will start the process themselves, so we need to make it happen. Any Constitutional scholars out there with any ideas?

  best way is to educate the public which means the media has to tell the TRUTH!!! anyone caught lying needs to be punished, as it stands now there is no penalty for lying even if caught...  sadly this even happens at local city level

  We already have publicly controlled term limits, we call it elections.
