Utah to Re-open

As of 12:01 am Saturday, Utah will move to "Low Risk" for the Kung Flu, allowing most businesses to re-open and people to get back to their lives again. With the exception of half a dozen hot spots mostly in and near Salt Lake City itself, Utah is open again. They're still recommending people follow the yada yada rules, but no more mandatory restrictions. (We never did go to lock down.
