I can't tell what's on his feet but it looks like untied low top basketball shoes, not running shoes.

As I mentioned in another post, maybe charge him with trespassing. But grabbing guns , chasing him down, and shooting him 3 times seems a little harsh.

Did they shoot him before or after he grabbed the shotgun, though? If he grabbed it when they were trying to run him off, then it might be a case of them overstepping their bounds a bit and wanting to run a burglar off, then losing control of the situation and having to shoot.

Apparently, Arbery was not the angel we have been led to believe. At least one shoplifting charge and a firearms charge of some sort.
He may or may not have been out jogging, but the two vigilantes should not have shot him.
