Hey Randy, meet Goose!

Neighbor texted me this photo yesterday, asking if we installed a new weather vane.

Seems this Canada Goose has been perched on our roof the past couple of mornings.

    That's weird. We have tons of them around here, and I have never seen one on top of any structure, let alone a house....

    It would be out of the Southwest if his head points into the wind.

    I have never seen anything like this before either, Toad67.  We have hundreds of them on the golf course throughout the spring and early summer, but this is a first.

    Gosh Don, I have been wondering if that goose were to lay an egg, which side of your roof would it roll?

    The only logical answer I can come up with is if you park your car on the south side, it would invariably roll south just to land smack dab on your windshield! :D    Of coarse Murphy's Law plays heavily on my logic!
