Major Surplus & Survival is a top-notch outfit. I bought some fishing vests. Fella said they run small so order big. I ordered 3X. What came was labeled 3X, but sized like a L. I couldn't zip them up.
So, I sent them back. Major Surplus immediately credited my card for the purchase amount, and then a few weeks later, I got a check in the mail refunding the shipping. Unheard of! I reckon they checked and found the vests were seriously mis-labeled, and made it right with the customer.

AND, they fully refunded your out of pocket expenses?

I made my original order online, and ordered 3 fishing vests and some other stuff. A man called and said the other stuff was sold out, and asked if I still wanted the vests. I still wanted them, and told him so. He said the vests run small, and maybe I should order 3X, the largest size available. I changed my order to size 3X. The vests arrived and I tried them on. No way would they fit, so I sent them back. I was very surprised and pleased to be refunded the shipping. 0 -

Good to hear Nunn. I just placed a personal order with them for some PPE (Masks, etc.) for my guys here at work. It'll be 2021 before most things get issued the way things work around here. All we're getting from above, when I inquire on a daily basis, is the reply: "Well, we ordered some things but they're in short supply ya know." Pretty much mimics the old adage about 'Nero fiddling while Rome burned.' 0
