Deadly Asian Giant Hornet Swarms Arrive In North America?
Could you imagine what this swarm of hornets could do to you out in the field while fishing, hunting or farming?
I hope that they can eradicate them in time. If not Katy bar the door!

The Asian Giant Hornet - the Murder Hornet's government name - is much
larger and significantly more aggressive than its North American
cousins. Queens can grow to be more than 2 inches wide. And the soldiers
posses powerful venomous stingers. Only a handful of the bees have been
officially cited in North America over the last year. But several
reports of beehives being 'plundered' suggest swarms of the hornets
might be active in the US.
Mr. McFall still is not certain that Asian giant hornets were
responsible for the plunder of his hive. But two of the predatory
insects were discovered last fall in the northwest corner of Washington
State, a few miles north of his property — the first sightings in the
United States.Scientists have since embarked on a full-scale hunt for the hornets, worried that the invaders could decimate bee populations in the United States and establish such a deep presence that all hope for eradication could be lost.

I saw a youtube video on them, IIRC it was in Japan where they attack without warning and kill people in a painful way. They are HUGE and relentless when attacking anything that disturbs their nest. With stingers up to 2" long clothes are not gonna stop them from getting you. I hope they go full bore in eradicating them before they get a toe hold elsewhere. 0 -

Any body ever see a yellow hornet, not the yellow jacket or wasp? They are the size of a bald face black hornet, maybe a tad bigger, and will swarm a light at night. Never saw but one nest here, sprayed the devils with hornet killer, hope I got em all. 0 -
